We provide standard and express delivery service in UK. We also provide a Special Hand Delivery Service for Heavy, Large and delicate items.
International parcels are sent via standard service. For heavy and delicate items we also provide road service an pallet service.
Delivery time varies according to your location, purchased item and delivery service. Contact our customer service for details.
All our products, with the exception of Made to Measure and Showroom Clearance Sold as Seen items, are
supplied with our money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with your
product for any reason, simply contact us within 3 days of receiving your
item for a full refund or exchange. You can sent the item back to us in the original packaging for a refund or exchange. Please note shipping cost is not refundable. We can also arrange the collection /
exchange for an additional cost. Please see our terms and
